My daughter visited the store on my behalf on Monday 16th August. The size I was after was not in stock, so a pair was transferred from the Wangaratta store. When I visited the store on Wednesday 18th August, the customer service I received from Rhonda was great. But I also noticed great customer service when I observed other staff members in the store and when I spoke with a staff member on the phone the previous day. The store was really clean, well merchandised and covid protocols were in place. Thank you so much for such great experience ❤😀.

Spot on Shoes & Service Looking for new shoes, we walked into local show shop Evans Shoes and we were served by the fabulous Kerrie. She was busy with a few customers but handled the busy juggle of a few of us very well. We didn't feel forgotten, and we found what we were looking for and more. Thanks, Kerrie, your service was 5 stars!

I went into Evans looking for a platform sandal. My sales person, Kay, was only to happy to help, and she found heaps of shoes that met my requirements. She spent quite awhile with me until I chose a shoe. There were two or three I wanted, but I only needed one. A few days later I went back for another pair and brought my husband, who also found something he liked. His size wasn’t available, so they called another store and had it sent. We now both have new shoes and are very happy. Kay is lovely and very helpful. I even decided to get a gift voucher for a friend’s upcoming birthday because the choices, the service and everything was just so good. Thank you.

Do yourself a favour and check this place out. Fantastic service! Very respectful when I mentioned my budget. He worked within it and found me these fantastic pair, under $100, in my preferred brand. Great fit too and very comfy. Still love wearing them two months on. I love supporting a local shop owner where I can, rather than a franchise.

A couple of weeks ago I popped into Evans Shoes with a very specific brief: they needed to be leather, they needed to be warm, and they needed to be comfortable. A very patient and very helpful lady helped me find two pairs that ticked all the boxes, and since I seldom shop, and these were made locally, I bought both pairs. Thank you so much for my wonderful new shoes! I am deeply satisfied with my purchase, and the excellent service I received!

5 Stars for Glenis!!! The best service I’ve had at this store. Glenis greeted me on arrival and then let me browse for a few minutes before offering further assistance and ended up giving me some great advice on brands/styles for all day comfort in a size 35/36 with a very wide toe box. She even gave me advice for helping my current running shoes to stop rubbing! I didn’t end up trying any shoes on today as I had my child with me after school but I plan on coming back to buy my next pair from Glenis thanks to all her helpful advice and knowledge.

Great shoes. The woman who served me was very patient and helpful. I have problems with my feet and she went out of her way to find me my shoes. I ended up getting a pair of Frankie 4 which can take orthotics.

Evans shoes is my shoe store of choice. I have always been thrilled with the entire experience. From browsing, trying on lots of shoes, to purchasing and post purchasing recommendations, Evans shoes just get’s it right. Coming into one of their stores is a 10/10 experience. All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming and attentive to your needs. Even though I try on lots of different styles and sizes the staff never seem impatient or too busy to provide their advice. It is such a pleasant and enjoyable experience, the staff really go above and beyond. I also love ordering shoes from their online store. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of brands and new styles, but they regularly have special promotions which makes their shoes very well priced. It is always a good day when a package arrives from Evans shoes. I am a huge fan of the personalized messages they leave in the boxes as well as the Evans shoes branded jelly beans (very special touch). You can tell they really care about their customers and want to create an exceptional customer experience! If you’re in Bengio make sure you go and check them out or have a look at what they have online. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!! 😊😊

Had a great experience earlier this week trying to find new work boots that fit orthotics. They had only summer stock on display but brought 4/5 pairs of boots out from the back to try on and I found something I liked, they spent about 30 minutes with me whilst the store was busy, but I really appreciate the extra effort they went to. I can't quite recall their names but I think it might have been Kristy and a lovely lady from Echuca helped me. Thank you.

I spoke with Pam on the phone today regarding the availability of a size in Harrison school shoes, and she was incredibly helpful.
